Oh god no, she's launching another comic! Run for the hills!
Hey everybody! As some people might remember, one of the first things I posted on my old DA account was a comic adaptation for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness. I continued the comic gradually, constantly changing the art style, until eventually I got sick of it and threw the whole idea out.
It always bothered me, because I love the PMD story and think it would work magnificently as a comic, and I loved the characters and had so many ideas I wanted to try - it was my own lack of skill, poor management and bad writing that sunk it.
So, I decided the best way to solve all these problems is to reboot the comic! Yep, it's coming back in the form of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Legends of Time, and I'm actually going to try to stick to a schedule this time! (HA.)
The comic's going to follow the story of the game for the majority, but will have a few me-written arcs here and there that'll expand on the history of Treasure Town and develop the characters. I'm really psyched to get back to this!

Back! With COMICS!

Hello everybody! It has been a while, but I am back, with comiiiiiiiiiiiiiics!
It's been a little bit of a secret project for the past year, but my buddy
and I have been working on a fancomic called Fallout: Chaos - the tale of Sonic surviving as a Ghoul in a post-Eggman war-torn future, (influenced greatly by the amazing fanfic Fallout: Equestria) and we've started posting pages!
The comic can be found at falloutchaos.smackjeeves.com/, and will be updating every two Wednesdays for the moment. We'll also be posting bonus art and fun stuff at our DA pages every so often.
Mew14 Is the writer, penciller and inker, while I'm working as the colourist, letterer and editor.
We hope you'll check out the comic and enjoy it. Keep in mind we're beginners at this, so things might be a bit shaky til we can work out regular art techniques.

Dear friends,
I'm afraid I will have to cancel The Lonely Roads again for the time being. Yesterday, my beautiful kitten Harley suddenly fell ill. We took him to the vets, who discovered that he was developing severe brain damage.
He previously had a concussion when he was living with his last owner, from a fall, but he had been cleared as perfectly healthy after he recovered and with a good future ahead of him. He was a normal kitten in every regard. We had two and a half weeks with the wonderful little guy before this brain damage suddenly happened.
Harley's prognosis was very bleak. He would have kept deteriorating and in the end he had to be put to sleep.
I don't regret a moment I spent with Harley. He was playful, sweet and a bundle of joy.

I rushed into restarting my comic. Two days ago I had finally discovered a good web host and rather jumped into starting the comic again without thinking, and without thinking that I was already in a fragile state emotionally after losing Sammy. I don't know if I'm going to restart the comic any time soon. I'm also going to be taking a break from Twitter and other social sites.
Thanks to everyone who supported me over the years. I love you all, but I need to get better.

Hey guys, I know I haven't been active again. My beloved cat, Sammy, passed away several months ago, and I was devastated. I haven't been feeling like talking to anybody besides my closest friends for a while now.
We now have a new kitten, named Harley, who is 10 weeks old and made out of mischief.
At the moment, I'm most active on my Twitter account, where I ramble about games and stuff, and it's also where I post news about webcomics. That's right, The Lonely Roads is back as of today and on a new host!
I'm posting one page of the prologue for a week, and then I'm going to try and get on a weekly-to-biweekly schedule. TLR will still be posted on DA, but I'd appreciate any and all traffic to the SmackJeeves site.

Back to art + coursework!

Hello folks, sorry I've not been about! I had a particularly nasty bout of repetitive strain injury that just wouldn't go away, but I'm feeling a lot better now and getting back into the swing of drawing!
On top of my part time job and art stuff, I'm studying to become a proofreader! The coursework is a lot harder than I was expecting - proofreading's not as simple as just finding mistakes - but I'm really enjoying it and I'm hoping I can make a career out of it.
In my spare time, I'm working on a Pokémon X Nuzlocke. Originally I had planned to never do one, but then I really got into it and DEAR SCIENCE I HAVE BEEN NEEDING THIS CHALLENGE. I'm absolutely lousy at it! But it's a satisfying kind of game style, and I'm hoping to make a comic out of my experiences.
Heh... another comic... *gonna die*
